Quick Policy Overview

  • Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
  • Condition: Unworn, unstyled, and in original packaging
  • Return Shipping: Customer’s responsibility (except for defective items)
  • Refund Processing: 5-7 business days after we receive your return

What Can Be Returned?

We accept returns and exchanges for most wigs in their original condition—just like they arrived fresh from the anime world!

  • Unworn wigs with all original tags attached
  • Items in original packaging without any styling products applied
  • Defective items (we’ll cover return shipping!)

🚫 What Can’t Be Returned?

To ensure hygiene and quality for all our cosplayers, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Wigs that have been worn, styled, or cut
  • Items without original packaging or tags
  • Wigs with any traces of makeup, hairspray, or styling products
  • Sale items or clearance wigs (unless defective)

This helps us maintain the magical quality you expect whether you’re transforming into Yona from Akatsuki no Yona or Finn from Adventure Time!

🔄 Step-by-Step Return Process

Step 1: Submit Your Return Request

We’ll respond within 2 business days with a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions. Please don’t send anything before receiving this—we want to make sure your return is processed correctly!

Step 3: Package and Ship

Place the item in its original packaging, include the Return Authorization Number on the outside, and ship to:

Found a different wig that’s perfect for your character? Exchanges work similarly to returns!

  • We’ll ship your new item once we process the return
  • If there’s a price difference, we’ll process a partial refund or charge the balance
